Anna Malessan
TEPP-CNRS, University Paris-EstI am a PhD candidate at the TEPP-CNRS research institution and the University of Paris-Est. My research focuses on the impact evaluation of public policies, particularly in the areas of innovation and environmental issues.
Before pursuing my PhD, I worked in public institutions, particularly at the French Treasury, as well as in consulting. During this time, I specialized in impact evaluation policy, financial market regulation, infrastructure financing, and State Aid regulation and control, particularly within the framework of European Regulation.
