The congress will be IN PERSON ONLY: all presenters and participants must be in person on the Erasmus University Rotterdam. The keynote addresses will be FILMED and made available online shortly after the sessions.

How to arrive:
Erasmus University Woudestein Campus is situated at the Burgemeester Oudlaan 50 in Rotterdam. The campus can easily be reached by car or with public transportation.

Public transportation
RET is the independent public transport company that serves the southern part of the Randstad conurbation. With the trams or subway of the RET, you can travel to the campus.
From Rotterdam Central Station
* Tram 7, direction Woudestein, stop 'Erasmus Universiteit'.
* Tram 21 or 24 direction De Esch. Stop 'Woudestein'.
* Subway, direction Slinge. Transfer at Beurs, to subway in the direction of Binnenhof, Nesselande or De Terp. Get off the subway at station Kralingse Zoom. This subway is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the campus.

Practical information: you can travel on the public transport by checking in and checking out with your bank or credit card. Payment with cash is not possible. The price of single journey within Rotterdam varies between 2-5 euros.

At Venue

Zaal NAME (Mn-xx)
Zaal NAME = Room name
M1 = 1st floor

IS THERE A LIFT FOR PEOPLE WITH ACCESSIBILITY LIMITATIONS?
Yes, there are lifts in both buildings. In Van der Goot building, the lifts are opposite the registration desk near the entrance. In Langeveld, there are lifts on both sides of the building.

Registration      
Registration will take place on the ground floor of Van der Goot building. To help our helpers at the registration point, and speed up the process for all, please bring some form of ID with our name on it.
Registration will be open from 08:00 until 18:00 on Monday 26 August and Tuesday 27 August and from 08:30 to 17:00 on days 3 and 4 of congress.

Your name badge
Your name badge can be picked up from the registration point. It must be worn at all times and you can only access the buildings with this name badge on.  On your name badge, there is room to insert 3 stickers which indicate your research fields. The codes are:

Coffee stations, lunches and water distributors
Coffee breaks and lunch bags will be distributed on the 2nd floor of the Van der Goot building.

There are many seating places in the vicinity and in other campus areas. There is a food court on campus that is open to the public but any food bought there is not included in the registration fee.

Water coolers will be located on the 2nd floor of the Van der Goot building and in the foyer on the 5th floor of the Langeveld building. Please bring your own water bottle to fill up.


Programme
As mentioned in all email communications, there will be no printed programme distributed. This platform is the only means of full congress information and is updated in live time. It is important to note that if you are using it on your mobile phone, please keep the hamburger menu (the 3 white lines under the logo) open to view the full programme and information about presenters.

Internet Access
The campus has Eduroam WIFI.

Each participant will be given a unique guest Eduroam WIFI code on name badge.

Networking Groups
There may be a number of activities connected to field and interest networking happening during the official coffee breaks and lunches of the congress. Please keep an eye on the FORUM area of the platform or on the FLASH BANNERS that will appear on the site to find out where and when they will happen.

Working Areas
On the 2nd and 3rd floor in Van der Goot, there are areas where the participants can work in small groups.


Certificate of Attendance / Presentation
Anybody requiring a certificate of attendance or presentation are requested to fill this form HERE before the end of the congress. We cannot accept any requests after August 31.
