Alexander Kleine is Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. At the European Central Bank he is responsible to attract, assess and hire talent for economist positions in the core policy business areas. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Applied Sciences of Worms and participated in a programme for Human Resource Management and Marketing Research at the Macquarie University of Sydney.
Alex joined the recruitment team at the ECB in 2018. He has 16 years professional experience in international recruitment, including head hunting for multi-national private sector companies. His expertise includes active sourcing, networking, talent pipelines and competency-based interviews.
